Provider and service
Loc365 is provided by Prisma Yazılım Limited Şirketi and offers location sharing, location history and place entry/exit alerts. These service terms accompany the Apple application license linked below and do not replace mandatory consumer rights. Contact: support@prismasoftlab.com.
Accounts, age and permission
The service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. Users who have not reached the age of majority in their country must use the service with the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Use only accounts and devices you are entitled to control, and share location only with appropriate permission. Do not impersonate another user, obtain access without authorization, or use the service for stalking, coercion or covert monitoring.
Apple subscriptions and refunds
Prices, billing periods and any trial are shown in the App Store purchase confirmation. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed by Apple unless canceled. To manage or cancel on iPhone, open Settings, tap your Apple Account name, then Subscriptions, and select Loc365. Follow Apple’s current instructions linked here. Deleting the app, deleting your account, or emailing support does not cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests; a refund request is not a guarantee of approval. Restore Purchases can be used with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Privacy
The privacy notice explains information used by the app, recipients, permissions and data requests. A license to use the app is not blanket consent to optional advertising or to all international transfers. Location-sharing permissions can be removed in the app and device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Privacy notice.
Ending use and deleting an account
You can stop using the service and revoke device permissions. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the in-app deletion option or contact support@prismasoftlab.com. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Retention of information and service-provider records is explained in the privacy notice. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately if you do not want further renewal.
Availability and location accuracy
Location and alerts can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate because of GPS conditions, connectivity, permissions, battery settings, device state or service interruptions. Loc365 is not an emergency service and does not guarantee continuous tracking, immediate alerts or personal safety. Use appropriate emergency services when urgent assistance is needed. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and Apple purchase terms.
Complaints and consumer rights
For service complaints, contact support@prismasoftlab.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contacting support does not prevent you from using competent courts or consumer authorities.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Loc365’s App Store application license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Use the official link below to read the license.
